Josh grew up in the greater Seattle area, and has lived in King and Snohomish counties his entire life. He's had residence in Everett, Bothell, Lynnwood, Lake Stevens, and South Snohomish, so he knows the Snohomish County neighborhoods well. Real estate isn’t just how he makes a living, it’s also how he lives. He's an owner and investor just like you - having bought and sold several properties of his own - so he can personally relate to the idiosyncrasies and challenges of new construction, bank-owned properties and short sales, and rental properties to name a few. Joshua has been a licensed real estate agent in Washington since 2003, and has listed and sold over 100 properties worth more than 37 million dollars. He has helped over 200 families buy or sell real estate, including land, residential homes, multi-family homes, and condos. While Josh enjoys working with families, his current clientele also includes luxury builders, spec builders, attorney firms, guardianship service companies, and investors/flippers. Joshua has developed a reputation among his peers as an honest, dependable Realtor - a sentiment that his friends and family would surely echo. He feels blessed to be happily married to his best friend and soulmate, and together they are raising two children. When he's not working, you're likely to find him coaching or watching youth sports, or enjoying the Northwest’s great outdoors somewhere – hiking, golfing, hunting, fishing or backpacking with his family.
